Description
The design of this crock is based on similar crocks made in 1800’s Philadelphia, Baltimore, and New York. Then as now this crock is great for making batches of pickles, kimchi, and sauerkraut. The weight is my added element to keep the pickle submerged below the brine during fermentation.
